We have a system in place that will automatically generate an email copy of every booking after you enter your CBS form. This will allow you to have a method of tracking each booking.

How to Enter a CBS for a Group Booking:
If this is a Group Booking please enter ONE CBS for the entire Group Booking # and ONE CBS for each Individual Booking # within the group. Sometimes the vendor will pay us per reservation number within a group and we want to ensure that you get paid on-time.
Need to always Pay Gross:
All payments made to vendors must be paid at the GROSS AMOUNT including your personal travel booked for family and friends. We constantly monitor all activity going through your account and any agent not following this company policy will be put on a NO-Book status in our system.
